P90X 60-Day Progress Report
I’ve completed two phases of P90X which means it’s time for another weigh-in and measurements. While I am still feeling healthy and strong, I don’t feel as good as I did after the first phase. I definitely cheated a lot on the diet this time around and I think my progress will show that.
In the lists below I have included a parenthetical describing the change since the last progress report and a bracket including the change from Day 1. Also, for some reason when I did my chest measurements after 60 days it didn’t make any sense at all. I don’t know if I measured wrong or used a different measuring tape or what, but it seems weird that my chest would have gotten larger since it actually appears to be getting smaller :(
